German WW2 Fire Service Cap (Feuerschutzpolizei)

The cap is fabricated from navy blue wool, incorporating a 40 mm wide band in black velvet and a traditional high peak, with magenta piping along the top edge and flanking either side of the band. It is decorated with a tricolor cockade on the peak, the cockade with a painted black base incorporating a silvered ring and red felt center. The visor is missing its leather chin strap. Tunic not included !
